ANOTHER JASPER COUNTY EMPLOYEE ARRESTED FOR THEFT

January 5, 2018

Keith Haddock

As reported, “Joel Keith Haddock, 41, of Monticello was charged with three counts of theft by taking. Mr. Haddock is a former Emergency Technical Technician (EMT) for the county’s fire/rescue program, and he allegedly took money from the fire station in Monticello.”

He was terminated last week, so at the time of theft he was not really a “former employee.”

Mr. Haddock follows four (4) other Jasper County employees arrested for theft.  Those employees being:  Sherry Braley (P&Z Director), Michelle Raynor (Probate Clerk), Melissa Strozier (Senior Center), and Michael Barrett (Jasper County Sheriff Dept), all who have been arrested for theft while employees of Jasper County in the last 3 years.

Citizens, be informed and stay informed!  Only by being informed, can the citizens understand what is being done and talked about, and then press our officials to make good decisions for everyone in Jasper County.  That is our goal with the Taxdogs blog.
